Fela got out the bath around 09:55, he did his routine well and he was in bed with lights out by 10:20pm. Fela was asleep by 10:45. He woke at 1:15 he used the toilet and then got back into bed fela was asleep again by 3am he slept until half 5 and looked like he was going back to sleep at 6:15 and slept untill 7:25. He then used the toilet and had a bowel movement and spent 15 minutes in there and then I took his refreshments up. He then had a shower and did his routine. Fela came down for breakfast and he is taking is supplements while I’m writing my report.
