Fela had his sleepmix and was given 5mins. Then his body was dried up, and we both went upstairs for his night routine.
Felt was in his bed by 9:48 pm and slept by 10:10 pm which he slept till 3:50 am.
Fela was very agitated and vocal. I prompted him to use the toilet, which he did, and he was jumping which led him to cause damage between the toilet floor and 3 inches to his room.
I came to Fela this morning for his morning routine, which he had all his supplements and breakfast.
Fela was in the lounge listening to music when WA and MH came in for their shift.
I gave the handover to WA and MH, and the petty cash was checked and signed. Then CC called about the damage, and she advised me to show MH, which I did; she also spoke to MH about it, and some pictures were taken.
