I assisted Fela from the bath , I dried his back and Fela dried rest. We went upstairs and went through the night routine , after creamed , Fela used the toilet passing urine and brushed his teeth. Then got into bed , said prayer and I put music on low and said good night then left. Fela seemed to be asleep by 23.30. Awoke 04.05, used the toilet and got back in bed. Remained awake until using the toilet again at 07.15, then got back into bed and went back to sleep. Remained asleep until 09.15. Dan took up supplements tea and fruit.
