Reached at Fela’s home for my shift with LP. We took handover from EO. Petty cash singed by everyone. We received phone call from Carla, she gave instructions for the day. All the daily routine chores done by us.
Teacch board updated with Fela. He had his snacks and then we offered him a nap. He slept for 30 minutes before we woke him up.
After prayer, he had lunch, dessert and water. Then we went for a neighbourhood walk. We walked for 55 minutes before heading home. We changed his clothes and he used the toilet, passed urine and then relaxed in the lounge.
He refused to do Makaton and education. He ate his snacks and smoothie and did foot physiotherapy and exercise.
Michael and Carla arrived. Carla presented Fela with a Christmas gift from Nana. She read the card for Fela and then, He unwrapping the gift, Fela was happy to see a new gym ball. Carla & Michael’s said goodbye to us and left.
DW arrived for his shift, handover given to him and I said goodbye to Fela.
