Fela got out of the bath assisted him to dry. He then brushed his teeth and passed urine before going to the bedroom. Creams applied music left on low and said prayer. Left in bed at 22.05. Fela was asleep at 22.15 and slept until 5.30. he remained awake in his bedroom went into Fela at 6.20 came downstairs took water and supplements and get into the shower. Afterwards he brushed his teeth and sat for breakfast. We then went upstairs to get ready. Afterwards came downstairs to listen to music
