Arrived at Fela’s and said hello, then had a handover from Kingsley and Paul. I went into Fela and assisted him from the bath, went upstairs and went through the night routine at 22.05, Fela then brushed his teeth, passed urine, sat and passed a bowel movement and eventually got in bed after messing and threading at 22.40, said prayer and music on low and left. Got up and used the toilet at 23.35. Got up to use toilet again at 00.40. Was quite noisy, back in bed at 00.45. On reviewing the camera Fela had been awake until 02.30 then went to sleep. Slept remainder of the night. Woke at 07.05. Asked Fela to use the toilet while I dressed. I took supplements , tea and fruit up at 07.25. Fela was vocal since waking. After supplements and tea, fruit I asked Fela if he would prefer to sleep or have a shower and Fela chose to sleep more so I left at 07.55. Went back up at 08.30 as evident that Fela wasn’t sleepy at all. We began the morning routine, Fela asked for 5 when sitting on the toilet so I left. Had a bowel movement and passed urine. After 5 went back and Fela undressed after messing and got into the shower, asking for 5. I left. Handover to Dan and Paul. Showering at time of report.
