- Came on shift with Paul, Kingsley was upstairs doing felas morning personal care, I prepared felas breakfast and prepared the casserole for felas lunch, fela was came downstairs and had breakfast with Paul at the table, fela ate his breakfast and supplements then sat down and listened to some music for a while , then Paul and I did felas teach board with him, fela didn’t have very much sleep last night so fela chose tj jakes instead of church , fela watched tj jakes , then fela relaxed until lunchtime , fela had his lunch and pudding then watched a film Paddington , fela then had his afternoon snack, Dan arrived I did the handover
