I arrived for my shift and I had handover from zoe. I went in to fela and said hello Carla was applying aleo gel to fela keliod and he rubbed it in. Carla and micheal left.
Fela relaxed listening to music then I supported him with applying tiger balm
While fela relaxed myself and zoe sorted dinner and did chores, I then went and gave fela his supplements and he became agaited stamping fert rocking backwards and forward this lasted for couple mintues then he calmed.
We then all sat down for our evening meal fela said prayer and ate his meal well. Then fela had some pudding and his water. Once fela had finished this zoe asked him if he wanted to go and sit in his rocking chair and relax, fela became agaaited jumping up and down on dinning room chair and guttural noises. This lated for couple of mintues
Fela thencwent to sit in his rocking chair and his board was doen. Fela relaxed watching the call of the wild, when we asked fela if we could sit with him he asked for 5 so we left fela to relax and enjoy his movie. At about 8pm fela came and sat at the table with me and zoe and had his snack. After fela had finished his snack zoe asked fela if he wanted to go sit in his rocking chair but every time we asked fela became agaitd jumping up and down, grutall nosies banging table with hand or hitting his head with his hand.
Once fela had calmed zoe asked him he would like a bath and fela said yes, so zoe went and ran fela bath. Fela went into bathroom past urine got undressed and in to the bath. Myself and zoe supported fela with his personal care.
Fela then relaxed and had lovely sofa in the bath. Once fela had finshied in the bath he got out, had his sleep tinticure. Then fela used the toilet past urine. Fela seemed to be very happy to be going up stairs and was full of smiles. Fela completed his routine very well and appeared very happy to be getting in to bed. We said prayer i left music on low for fela.
I said good night to fela
