I arrived for my shift and fela was in bed. Had handover from chole.
I then heard fela at 9.10 so I took fela refreshments up to him. I sat with fela while he had these. Fela has been very slow at processing today.
Fela then sat on the toilet and had a bowel movement. Before getting into the shower. Fela then got into the shower and I supported fela with his personal hygiene then signed 10 to fela.
Fela got out of the shower and completed his routine well, but needed a lot of prompting. Fela was downstairs for breakfast for 10.30am..
Fela then said prayer and ate nest and tidy. Fela then started taking his supplements while fela had supplements he became agaited. Jumpping up and down rocking backwards and forwards. Fela was agaited on and off for about half hour. Once fela had took his supplements and calmed I asked fela if he wanted lay on sofa or go for walk and he choose the sofa.
12.10 fela lay on sofa and was vocal on and off I went in to fela and he requested a head massage. So I gave fela head massage.
At 13.25pm I started getting fela lunch ready. Fela then sat on sofa for his lunch. Micheal arrived. 2pm I left to go for an appointment and returned at just after 5pm
Had handover from Carla. Fela was sitting in his rocking chair listening to music.
Fela became vocal unhappy
I updated fela board with fela and appeared happy with tonight activities.
Fela sat in his rocking chair and listened to relaxing ocean sounds. Myself and fela then did some writing and fela wrote out the prayer very well once we had finished fela told me to go
Fela has been very up and down getting agaited then relaxing then getting agaited again . Stamping feet on floor, jumping up and down in his rocking chair this has been on and off throughout the evening.
At 8pm fela went sat at the table for his snack, he had his supplements and then had his snack fela was vocal unhappy to agaited slapping the tbale rocking backwards and forwards very vocal, I left fela to calm but would pop to the door way to check on fela. Fela filled calmed and then finished his snack.
Shortly after his snack fela got into bath I supported fela with his personally hygiene. Once fela was in bath he was full of smiles.
On wrting this report fela is happily splashing in the in bath
