Fella got out of the bath at 21:47 ,I assisted him to dry. He then brushed his teeth and passed urine before going to the bedroom. He went to his room Creams applied , tiger balm was used for his massage rather than massage oil .music left on low and said prayer. Left in bed at 22:22.He slept at 22:30. He woke up at 1:28, took himself to the tiolet,bed was dry when I checked , he did not do much ritual as he normally do weighted blanket put on him ,he remained awake ,he seemed so calm , just a bit vocal , he took himself to the tiolet at 4:03, he went back to his room , 15minutes after he got out of bed and did a lot of rituals , coming out of the room to the tiolet washed his face , went to the wardrobe room and went back to his room , settled in bed he turned to lie on his right then fell asleep at 4:47, woke up again at 5:35, he was vocal ,he was prompted to come down at 6:30.He signed for dvd after he took his before shower supplements .When breakfast was served he did a lot of rituals before he settled , even picking his dinning chair to the kitchen and back . He finished his breakfast and supplements not taking too much time , I was assisting him to get dressed at the time of this report
