On arrival Fela was adjitated upstairs. Had handover from Loretta. Fela then came downstairs and was on edge. We called Carla and received some advise for the day. Fela was given anti-anxiety oil on his hankie and board updated. Fela was given space to relax and calm before going shopping. Fela helped cleaning the windows in the lounge before putting on his shoes. Fela got adjitated again while putting on his shoes on once calm Fela agreed to go shopping. He requested to stay in the car on both occasions. At times he was on edge in the car rocking, clicking fingers and making gutteral noises. We decided to leave the walk due to Felas mood and came back home after the butchers. Once home Fela remained on edge moving items around the house. Eventually sat down listening to music. Soon he asked Fela to take a nap he agreed lay down for 30mins but did not sleep. Afterwards he had his snack and started foot physio appearing to be tiered.
