I arrived at Fela at 16.30 Fela arrived back home at 17.45 and was in a good mood mood. I had handover. Fela sat on the sofa to listen to music. I then updated felas board. It was then time for dinner Fela ate well and had his hot chocolate afterwards. He then went to relax on the sofa I then gave him a shave and cleaned his keyloids afterwards. Myself and Julie asked Fela if he wanted to do walk at home on both occasions he refused. He requested a dvd instead. Fela then had his snack and tea. I ran his bath and did his routine well with me having a bowel movement before entering the bath.
