Shift Report:
on arrival of my shift, I received handover from KO. Petty cash was counted and signed. I greeted Fela and updated the board and went through it with him. He did a bit of foot physio and then settled in the dining room for dinner.
We prayed and ate together. Fela returned to the lounge and relaxed. He declined doing gym ball. He had shoulder massage then his snack. Later he had a shave and SS prepared his bath and went through the routine with him.
