12/06/2026 – Sleep shift – Mina Adomako

Shift Report:

Fela was out of the bath by 9:45pm. He was  helped to dry himself, brush his teeth and he emptied his bladder before we went to his bedroom to complete his evening routine. The 4.5 tog duvet was maintained , as room temperature was 18.9 degrees, outside temperature was 14 degree and humidity was 18. Fela was in bed by 10:19pm and fell asleep around 10:24pm. At 3:18 am, he briefly opened his eyes for few seconds and returned to sleep. He woke up at 5:34am and he  was prompted to use the loo which he did. I quickly went to check his bedding and it was wet so it was changed. He returned to bed and did not sleep, remaining calm while resting. At 6:35am we came downstairs where he used the toilet,  had his water, followed by pre shower supplements and his shower. Afterwards, he had his breakfast and his morning routine was completed. We then return to the lounge. Morning staff arrived. I handed over to them, and we all signed the petty cash.
