On arrival Fela was just finishing with the nurse as she had come early. Had handover from Marc and signed the petty cash. Went to say hello to Fela who was drinking his tea. Afterwards he removed his apron and went to sit on the sofa listening to relaxing brach jazz. Board was updated and Fela was given his medicine balls to play with. Later Fela was served with his snack and banana smoothie. Fela relaxed and was happy. Lunch was then served Fela took supplements and willow bark we then all prayed and had lunch together. Fela then Dryed the dishes after lunch. Later we asked Fela if he wanted to go for a walk he said no we tried to do a walk at home but he refused. He then did makaton, afterwards taking himself to the kitchen requesting his snack. After he had his snack we asked Fela if he wanted to do some colouring but also refused. Fela relaxed at shift end.
