I arrived at fela’s home for my shift. fela was having his keloids dressings by the district nurse. I said hello to fela and he also waved me back. Petty cash checked and signed. MH gave us hand over. Then myself and DW started doing everyday chores and TEACCH board was updated. We gave him fidget toys for his hands thereapy. Afterthat we putted jazz music for him. He was enjoying it. Later he had his mid morning snacks. He went to the toilet and only passed urine. He was happy and relaxed in his mood. After some time had prayed and had his medication, lunch, lunch dessert and water. Then fela dried all the lunch dishes with the intrests. We all did makaton. We also offered a walk and colouring to fela but he was no intreseted and refused. We left the music on and fela keep relaxing on his comfy sofa. He also had his pm snacks. Myself and DW also sat with fela and had laugh all together. Later KO and SS came for theirs shift amd we gave them handover. Pettycash signed again. We said bie to fela and left the house.
