Fela had his sleep mix and was out of the bath
We went upstairs 9:34 for his evening routine and had his head massage and was in bed by 9:50pm He slept around 10:15pm ,he woke up at 1:30am, I prompted him to visit the toilet, he did and did not sleep ,at 1:53 went to check if the bed if it is wet ,it was not , he slept at 3:30am and woke up at 6:45am the room temperature was 23.6 humidity was 69%
I went upstairs at 6:50am to give him his supplement, tea and fruit After
He used the toilet and went to the shower After got dressed up and brushed his teeth
8:05am went down for breakfast ,took his aloe juice ,supplements
Fela is his his sofa having his tea and listening to music
He used 1 tog duvet ,
