Shift Report:
I continued with my evening shift after the training. Carla, Loretta, Michael and Fela arrived from Green Pastures and Michael gave a handover regarding Fela’s day. I greeted Fela and he went to the lounge, where he relaxed and listened to music, although he did not appear to be in a happy mood. Later, he had his dinner and really enjoyed it. Fela was offered a shoulder massage, after which he had his snack and was assisted to phone Carla. He then had a shave and a bath.
