Assisted Fela from the bath and dried. We went up and went through the night routine, Fela used the toilet and brushed his teeth and got into bed, said prayer and head massage. Music on low and left at 22.30. Asleep by 23.25. Awoke 06.25, used the toilet , went up 06.32, was wet so had shower, stripped bed, assisted to dry and then sat and had his supplements, fruit and tea. Went through the morning routine then went down for breakfast, had all, then sat on sofa listening to music.
