Shift Report:
Fela got out of the bath around 10pm he got dried and did his routine well, he was in bed for 22:25 he was asleep for 23:00 he slept until 4am he used the toilet independently and then got back into bed, fela didn’t go back to sleep, I took up his supplements up at 7 and then he did his routine, he was down stairs for 8:15 breakfast and supplements had abs is now sitting on sofa listening to music
