Fela was out of bath at 9:45. I assisted him to dry himself, he then brushed his teeth and we went to his room for his evening routine. He was in bed by 22:20 after his massage he took sometime before sleeping, but was calm and relaxed.He then slept at 23:55.He slept through till 4:03,he went to the toilet independently, i went to check his bed and it was dry. He was back in bed and slept back at 4:28.
I went to his room at 6:30, gently woke him up and I opened his curtains and greeted him. We came downstairs for his shower and he took his supplements before. He then brushed his teeth and had breakfast followed with his supplements. We went upstairs to get ready for the day. We returned and he settled in the lounge and we did handover with day staff.
