Shift Report:
I came on shift and fela was still out. He arrived shortly after. He came in and took his out wear off and went and sat down. Chloe prepared fela dinner and he had his supplements. Fela came to the table and ate well. Afterwards he had some cake. He then used the toilet and went and sat in his rocking chair I did the board and fela listened to music. He had snack and then a phone call from Carla and then I supported him with his bath routine. He is splashing away as I’m writing my report
