Shift Report:
Arrived at Fela’s assisting with shift cover, Kingsley and Sahab were ready with Fela to go shopping at Lidl I had a handover. We all went in the car to Lidl , Fela was good going around the shop. I took him to the toilet whilst Kingsley and Sahab packed the shopping. Once in the car, Fela had his snack and drink and we went to the butchers. Fela went in to say hello.
