I arrived for my shift with Mina. We took handover from MH. We done all the household chores. We received phone call from Carla. Board updated with Fela. I’ve printed out a social story for the DR visit and we’ll go through it with Fela. We served him with his snacks.
Carla and Michael arrived later. I drove to Tesco for click and collect while Fela went with Carla and Mina to see the doctor. Michael was working downstairs. After gathering the groceries, I drove home and began preparing lunch for Fela. Later he arrived home with Clara and Mina.
He used the toilet and went to dining table. He was agitated, rocking and noisy. After 10 minutes he became fine. We did prayer and then he had his lunch, dessert and electrolyte drink.
We headed to the lounge. Fela looked tired so we offered him a nap but he declined. We relaxed there and updated the board with him. Carla and Michael then said goodbye and left. He was dozing off while listening to music so we offered him another nap but he declined.
When it was time for makaton he refused and asked for five. After five we did makaton. After that he picked up a CD and requested to play. We played the CD on the DVD for him.
We served him with his snacks. He did foot physio and handle exercise.
LP arrived, handover given to her and I said goodbye to Fela.
