On arrival Fela was on his way to the Functional Medicines Clinic with Carla, Michael and Mina. My self and Shahab got the things ready for shopping. We went to Lidl and butchers. Once home we met Carla and Mina. Fela was taking a nap. Shopping was put away and petty cash updated. Fela was then woken up after around 30mins of sleep. He was served with his snack and board was updated with him. Fela refused to go for a walk before lunch. Lunch was served. Afterwards was asked to go for a walk again he replied ‘no’ Fela requested for a DVD. Fela became vocal unhappy for some time and rocking on the sofa, was given space. He then chose to watch a film ‘ Bob Marley’. We attempted to do makaton on numerous occasions but refused. He was then served with his snack. Afterwards Fela was read a story and listened to music. Remaining vocal unhappy was asked if had any pain said no tiger balm applied.
