Fela was out of the bath at 21.30 got himself dry with myself helping with his back. Fela used the toilet and had a bowel movement before heading upstairs. Fela did his routine well but vocal using the toilet to pass urine before getting into bed. Fela recieved a head massage that he requested and then we said prayer together. Fela was in bed with lights out by 22.05. Felas new CD was left on low. Fela was asleep by 23.40 and slept through until 6.15. I brought Fela supplements up at 6.40 he used the toilet and entered the shower at 7.25. On returning Fela did his morning routine very well being vocal at times. Fela had requested cornflakes. We sat for breakfast said prayer and fela ate well and had his morning supplements afterwards. Once finished I did the board with Fela and left him to relax listening to music. Fela has been very sneezy this morning blowing his nose on occasions.
