Fela got out the bath around 9:45, he did his routine well and was in bed with lights out at 10:10. He was asleep by 10:30 and then slept till 1:50. He used the toilet and then got back into bed. He went back to sleep at 5:20 and then slept untill 7:10 o took his supplements and tea up and then he got in the shower and did his routine well came down for breakfast and is now taking supplements
