I arrived for my shift at 1pm fela was finishing his lunch. I went said hello and then finished getting everything ready for fela hospital vist. I went through the social story with fela who was full of smiles. Carla and Michael arrived and we then left to head for Birmingham. At 3.25pm we stop ad services and fela used the toielt. Fela then got back in car and had his snack.
We arrived at hotel at around 4pm. We got checked in fela did amazing waiting while checked in. We then headed to room fela relaxed at desk in the room abd had his water. Fela then took his shoes off and sst bed watched the t.v we watched courage about the queen and relaxed while I sorted bags out.
I then went through evening part of social story so fela knew what plan was for tonight.
We then did some cutting out fela seemed to enjoy this and was full of smiles.
We then had story time I started read hanzel and gretal then at 5.30 pm we went for dinner in Toby carvery fela enjoyed his carvery and then his raspberry sorbet. We then went back to room at 7.15pm fela had his hot chocolate we then went through social story again and asked fela if hexwanted walk or relax in room fela choose to relax in his room. I cleaned cream fela keliods.
I then put t.v on andxwe watched a little bit about the queen we then relaxed listening to smooth and finished reading to fela.
At 8pm fela had his bed time supplements, he then had snack and tea. Once fela had finsihed this he relaxed.
At 8m30pm Carla gave fela a manicure he seemed to enjoy this. Once finished fela went into the bathroom and used toielt past urine. Fela then sat on toielt and had bowl movment. Fela got undressed and into the shower at 9am. I supported fela with personal hygiene.
I then signed 10 mintues to fela. I then prompted fela out of the shower. He got dry theb completed evening routine. Once completed fela got into bed, I gave fela head massage and then read magic quilt. We then said prayer. I said goodnight to fela. Put nature sounds on the tablet abd turned off all lights fela was in bed for half 9pm.
