Arrived at Fela’s with Kingsley and said good morning, Fela was finishing his breakfast. Had a handover from Paul, checked petty cash. I sat with Fela while he finished breakfast and supplements. He then sat relaxing with music on the sofa. The board was gone through with Fela and agreed that he would like to go Aqua Fit. Gave him his snack and drink . Became unsettled momentarily , hitting his forehead with his fist 2-3 times then calmed, reason unknown. After he finished the snack , asked to finish his drink then go aqua fit and said no, finish. Was asked again a few minutes later by other staff and refused. Sat relaxing and seemed to cheer up. Rang jubilee to let them know , twice a voicemail I left message to call us back., several times. Fela constantly saying 5 when going in to talk. At lunch time asked him to use the toilet for lunch and again said 5. We brought the lunch out to the table then Fela got up, used the toilet, put his apron on after some messing. He then sat, said prayer and ate, after having his dessert. Took his apron off and sat on sofa relaxing asking for 5 again. Fela agreed to play picture cards which he enjoyed, smiling throughout. Refused to have a story read. Asking for 5. Had his snack and drink then did makaton. Later went through the wooden calendar and Fela seemed to enjoy doing quite well knowing the weather, pm, autumn, and month. After relaxed to music. Became unsettled again, guttural , rocking violently back and forth for about 10 minutes in total until calmed. Relaxed more and Listening to music at time of report.
