Fela was out of bath at 9:50pm and he had his sleep mix. We went upstairs for his evening routine and he was in bed by 10:23pm. He slept around 11:07pm and woke up at 7:07am. I went upstairs to assist him to have his shower. He was then served with his supplements and he had his morning routine. We came downstairs for his breakfast. Valentine and Shahab came for day duty.
