I assisted Fela from the bath, dried his back and Fela did rest. We went upstairs and went through the night routine. Then Fela brushed his teeth, used the toilet passing urine. Then gave Fela a trim and got in bed. Said prayer and music on low and left. Fela was in bed by 21.55, asleep by 22.30. Fela awoke at 02.40, used the toilet and got back into bed. Asked Fela to settle and try to sleep as was noisy. Went back asleep until 07.00. Went up with his supplements , tea and fruit at 07.20. Fela messing with everything in his room. went through shower and morning routine. Got ready and went down for breakfast at 08.30. Fela became very agitated as he was eating his cornflakes at 08.35 banging , shouting, rocking head and body vigorously, moving around the room, for safety I removed myself from the area. Fela had calmed by 09.00, I went in and asked him to use the toilet and he did. Got his shoes, coat and hat on, waiting for Mama and Micheal to arrive. They arrived at 09.15. Fela went with mama by 09.30
