Shift Report:
I came in for evening duty . I got handover from Dan and we all signed petty cash. The TEACCH board was updated . Fela had his keto mojo test done, followed by his supplements. Dinner was prepared and he had his dinner. After dinner, he declined drying of dishes, probably because he wanted to use the toilet. He had a bowel movement. We did some simple stretched exercise for 10 minutes. Afterwards, he was offered shoulder massage. Fela had his snack and his shave and he was assisted by Kingsley to have his bath.
