Assisted Fela from the bath , dried his back and Fela did rest,had his sleep mix then we went upstairs and went through the night routine, brushed his teeth. Got into bed, said prayer, head massage , music on low and left at 22.05. Asleep by 23.05, slept through until I heard him stirring at 06.30, I asked Fela to use the toilet which he did and came sat on his bed at 06.35, as I came up with supplements, tea and fruit. Seemed in a happy mood. He then got in the shower, I assisted him out and dried his back and Fela did rest. Went through the morning routine and brushed his teeth and went down for breakfast at 07.40, put his apron on, sat eventually after some messing / threading, and said prayer, then ate after supplements. Sat on sofa and had his tea. Relaxing to music at time of report.
