Fela was out of the bath at 22.00 he did a lot of messing and threading I dryed his back and he dryed the rest. He then used the toilet and headed upstairs. I showed Ruth which Creams and oils to apply to Fela he then put on his pyjamas and brushed his teeth. He used the toilet before getting into bed. Fela then had a head massage before saying prayer. Music left on low. Fela didn’t go to sleep until 1.00 I didn’t hear him throughout the night until 7.30. I was unable to check the cameras as the lead to charge it has gone missing. I took Felas supplements and fruit up at 7.45. He took these and then got into the shower. After 10 he got out of the bath and got himself dry. He did his routine well. Brushed his teeth and came down for breakfast.
