On arriving fela was listening to music. It was handed over that fela was very tired and kept falling asleep. I started to prepare dinner and then we all sat down. Fela had his hot chocolate and then once finished fela went and sat back in his chair. He relaxed and we cleaned up. He had a shave from Dan and then he had snack he listened to music until he got ready for his bath. I supported him with personal care.
Fela went to the toilet this evening I think he was trying for a bowel movement but didn’t have one bit there was blood in the toilet so he must of been straining.
