Arrived on shift with Brandy and Loretta gave handover. Fela was sat in the lounge relaxing. Board done and went through with Fela ,which he agreed. Fela listened to his music. Michael rang to advise for the day. Fela became very unsettled at 09.30am, noisy, guttural, clapping, rocking, calmer after 30 mins although still rocking. Snack was prepared and had. Unsettled again 10.30, rocking, gutteral and insisting on putting dvd back in its case. Refused several times for a walk out. Carla called and gave advice. Asked if he’d like walk at home and refused , asked using the communication cards if felt unwell and said no and became agitated again so gave space. Lunch was prepared. We all sat, said prayer and ate, Fela then had dessert and drinks. Still unsettled for a few minutes. Fela dried all dishes after. Relaxed in lounge with his music in the afternoon. Insisted on dvds in afternoon. Had a snack and drinks later. Mina arrived, handover given and left.
