Shift Report:
Arrived for my shift at Fela’s, MH & EO later arrived from Green pastures with Fela, assisted them inside and they handed over. EO updated the TEACCH board and I prepared dinner, set the table, prayed and we all ate together and had his hot chocolate drink. Relaxed afterwards to a foot spa, shaved, keloids cleaned and had his evening snack. EO ran his bath and assisted him to it. Relaxed quietly in the tub.
