Reached at Fela’s home for my shift with BK. Took handover from Mina. Petty cash counted and signed by everyone. Teacch board updated with Fela. CC called us to find out how’s Fela. All the daily routine chores done by us. Fela played with the musical instrument. Later Carla & Michael came in to do somethings. Fela used the toilet passed urine and got ready to go for walk. We drove to Tunstall park. He did 30 minutes of walk then he had his snack in the park. Then we drove to Lidl to buy somethings. After that we drove to carwash. Then we came back home. We prepared his lunch. After the prayer he had his lunch, dessert and 2 glasses of water. Carla & Michael said goodbye to us and leave. After lunch Fela dried all the dishes. He used the toilet and empty his bowels. He requested for nap. We gave him nap and he slept for 1 hr 15 minutes. We awake him up and served him snacks. He was relaxing and listening to music. MK came in I gave handover to her and I said goodbye to Fela.
