Fela was out of the bath by 21:45, had his sleep mix, brushed his teeth, and went to his room to complete his evening routine. He was in bed by 10:17 p.m. Fela remained awake until 00:17 a.m., when he used the toilet, and he was back asleep by 00:40 a.m. I woke him at 06:41 a.m., and he used the toilet before heading straight downstairs to take his awake supplement and have a shower.
