Fela was out of the bath and had his sleep mix at 21.45. Dryed Felas back, used toilet before heading upstairs. Bedtime routine completed. Fela brushed his teeth and used the toilet again before getting into bed. Fela was in bed at 22.25. Fela had head massage and we said prayer. Fan and music left on low. Fela was silent by 23.45 I didn’t hear Fela all night. I went upstairs at 6.30 to wake Fela. Fela was still sleeping he then used the toilet and took his supplements and tea. He then got into the shower. Once finished in the shower after some threading and messing he had creams applied and got dressed. Brushed his teeth and came down for breakfast. Taking supplements on leaving. Handover given to Marc and Ritik.
