Shift Report:
Fela got out the bath at around 10pm. He did his routine well and was in bed woth lights out at 10:20pm he was asleep for around 11pm. Fela woke at 1:45 and used the toilet. He did not go back to sleep at all. He had his supplements fruit and tea and the he did his routine. He was downstairs at 8am breakfast and supplements had and is now on his rocking chair listening to music
