Per my judgment and looking at the temperature in Fela’s bedroom, I had to go with vest and underwear and fan on low so I returned his fan back to his bedroom. I assisted him from the bathtub, he asked for 5 minutes to splash more so I gave him space and returned later on for him to get dry, he passed urine, brushed his teeth and we got to his bedroom at 22:21. He also treaded in there, I waited on him until he was ready for assistance and then I completed the evening routine and he got into bed, prayer said, music left on low at 22:42. He slept at 22:47, first wake at 1:36 went to pass urine, returned to sleep at 2:38 and woke up this morning at 6:03 I told him to go pass urine. I went to his bedroom at 6:30, draw the curtains after saying hello to him, we came downstairs after he put his toys away for him to use the toilet. He had water, supplements, shower, brushed his teeth and came for breakfast, supplements and additional extra glass of water on request again he went to get two more glasses of water and washed his face twice which seems more ritualistic than wanting to drink, he kept grinding his teeth for sometime although I told him not to and he used the toilet again. I helped him get dressed for the day and we returned to the lounge, DW & WA got handover.
