Arrived on shift with Brandy , had handover from Mina, checked petty cash and signed. Said hello to Fela in the lounge, Carla rang advising for the day ahead. Completed some chores. The board was updated and Fela agreed. Had his snack and drink. We then did walk with Nick which Fela was very happy and laughing during the exercise. Fela had his supplements .Lunch was prepared then we sat, said prayer and ate. Fela had a dessert and water x2. After we all got ready and went in the car to Education with Liz. Fela did well throughout. Had his snack and drink in the car before our return. Once back Fela used the toilet then relaxed. Kingsley came on shift , handover given, petty cash checked and signed. Fela had ice lolly. The board was updated and Fela agreed. Dinner was prepared and we all sat, said prayer and ate. Fela then had drink and hot choc drink. He dried all dishes before sitting relaxing. Used the toilet bowels. Later we went for a walk in Chatterley for an hour. On return Fela had a snack and tea. Gave a shave then we went upstairs and went through the bath routine. Fela has had bowel movement three times today. Relaxed in the bath at time of report.
