Half glass of water was given when he dried himself with little assistance from where it was not done properly. He brushed his teeth, passed urine and got his brief to wear before we went to his bedroom. At that time the air condition was already put off and the room had cooled down, he assisted in completing the evening routine and sleepoil applied and we prayed at 22:14. He slept at 22:20, snoring through the night until 03:48 when he woke up and I prompted him to visit the toilet, he returned immediately after, arranged his pillows and I gave him head massage. I left his bedroom, left the door a little opened and put the fan on for him as the room was a little warm, he slept at 5:27. He woke up at 5:45, I visited his bedroom, draw curtains and handover his glass of water to drink. His morning routine continued, showered, bowel and brushed his teeth, wore his gown as the weather was cold and had his breakfast. We went to get dress once he finished eating, gave him some warm clothes because of this early morning rains, he came to relax in the lounge to music whiles I finished with the other chores for the morning. WA & SS got handover when they arrived and took over.
