Arrived on shift , Carla arrived for shift whilst myself and OP going on driving training. Brandy gave handover. Myself and OP then went in Fela’s car, OP driving and I showed places that we take Fela eg Education in stone, church, Milton chippy etc. after we got back, Fela , Loretta and Carla were still at Green door. Once Fela returned I was made aware of Fela having chocolates and pop from Green door office. He hadn’t had his packed lunch so was served at home. Fela sat, said prayer and ate. After only about a third of the chicken Caesar he said he’d had enough , so was taken away, had his supplement and water. Dried dishes after. He then went to lounge that was sleep ready and lay down straight away, relaxed but didn’t nap. Later Fela refused makaton and education, then had his snack and drink. On Carla’s advice we put an animal documentary on for him, seemed very interested. Esther arrived on shift , handover given then I said bye and left.
