Shift Report:
Arrived at Fela’s, had a handover from Kingsley, I continued preparing the casserole and veg. Fela used the toilet, then sat , said prayer, had dinner and supplements. After had a hot choc drink. Took off his apron and then sat relaxing to music. Did dishes and floors. Later Fela used the gym ball then after relaxed until I gave a snack and sleep well tea. Paul then gave Fela a shave.
