Shift Report:
Fela got out of the bath and done his night routine really well. I left him with his music on.
Fela was asleep by 10.30pm
Woke at just before 3.30 am for just under an hour.
Fela then got up and used the toilet at 6.30am. Fela appears to have gone straight back to sleep after using the toilet. I then went in at approx 7.30 and fela had his supplements and snack. Feka got yo and used the toilet Please see arousal.

Arousal States – Start: 1 Baseline End: 1 Baseline Did his state change? Yes to 4 – Agitated While on the toilet fela became vocal and started to seem like he was becoming agitated (fela did have a large bowel movement at this point)
While in the shower I was encouraging fela to wash under his arms properly and he became agitated – he was very vocal, started to jerk his head back and forth and was stamping his feet.
Started at 8.15 and lasted 10 minutes before fela calmed. Did he have a bowel movement? Yes Bristol score: Was Fela incontinent?: No Did he have vigorous exercise?: –
