Arrived at Fela’s and said good morning, had a handover from Julie, Fela said prayer then had his breakfast by 09.10 and his supplements. After he sat and relaxed listening to music, fairly noisy. I went through the board with Fela and seemed happy with the planed day. Emma got Fela his snack then cleaned all upstairs and the staircase. I emptied the hoover, emptied and cleaned the toaster, dishes, disinfected switches and surfaces. Hoovered downstairs. Fela had his snack and then we got ready to go out for a walk in Longton Park. Had a good walk, on return Fela took off outer clothes and sat listening to his music. I prepared lunch whilst Emma re dressed Fela’s bandages. Fela used the toilet , passed urine. We all sat, said prayer, and ate. After Fela had ice cream. I washed dishes and Fela helped Emma drying them . Relaxed listening to his music after. Then did makaton , signing and singing about days of the week, which he enjoyed and then asked for more singing videos , so did so.after Fela had his snack and tea. Relaxed after. Had his afternoon snack and drink. Carla and Micheal arrived and took Fela out for dinner.
