Shift Report:
Was out of the bath at 21.45. Assisted to dry and then brushed his teeth before going to his bedroom. He was in bed by 22.20. Asleep by 22.40. Woke at 3.35. Took himself to the toilet and was back asleep again at 5.10. I went into Fela at 6.25 who asked for 5. We then went downstairs. Had a drink of water and his supplements. Afterwards we sat for breakfast. We then went upstairs did the morning routine and went to the lounge.
