Assisted Fela to bring him out from the bath. He was in room by 09:43pm. After all the night routines he used the toilet passed urine and he was in bed by 09:57pm. He slept at 10:05pm and woke up in the morning at 06:00am. I prompted him to use the toilet he passed the urine and back to bed but didn’t slept again I went to his room by 6:35am. Prompted him to use the toilet he passed the urine then we went downstairs. He had his awake supplement then he had shower. After shower put the gown on then he got ready for the breakfast. He had his breakfast, green tea and AM supplement. After that we went upstairs for the other morning routines. After dressing up we came back to downstairs. He was relaxed in the lounge. Mina and DW came in for their shifts. Handover given to them. Said good bye to Fela.
